The cups are soft with a gel-like give rather than firm padding, and they're non-slip, so they stay put when you move. Four rows of hooks at the back, which means real adjustment as the fabric relaxes through the day. It's mostly cotton, which is unusual for shapewear, and it shows: it feels like a soft top rather than a compression garment.

Sizes start at M — there's no S in this style. Alpha-sized, so measure your band and go by the guide. The straps are fixed, not adjustable. Because it's cotton and soft, the hold through the middle is a smoothing hold, not a firm one: think of it as taking the place of a cami, not a shaping short.
